2025 AT SOMAIYA VIDYAVIHAR UNIVERSITY: A YEAR THAT LIVED IN MOTION
2025 at Somaiya Vidyavihar University unfolded as a year that was truly lived, not merely recorded. It was felt in the everyday walk from Vidyavihar station to campus, where mornings began with hurried steps, half-finished conversations and the familiar comfort of entering a space that slowly felt like home. The year moved through ordinary days that quietly turned into memories shaped by lectures, friendships, shared pathways and moments that stayed longer than expected.
Between these high energy moments were quieter, more reflective ones. Kaunversation created space for dialogue, yet there were countless other conversations, moments, and events that unfolded beyond any stage or segment, moments that took place in classrooms, hostels, corridors, and late evenings, and can never be fully captured in a single recap.
Across the year, the campus witnessed bursts of energy, creativity and expression. Abhiyantriki brought together innovation, collaboration and problem solving through competitions, workshops and student-led ideas that animated classroom corridors and common spaces. Aura transformed the campus into a vibrant cultural landscape of music, movement, performance and celebration reflecting the expressive spirit of the student community.
Convocations stood as proud milestones, turning years of perseverance into moments of applause, while Foundation Day brought the entire Somaiya community together to honour its legacy, values, and vision. From familiar walks and unexpected moments to celebrations, conversations, and countless memories, 2025 became a year shaped by everything that lived in between, defining life at Somaiya Vidyavihar University.
